I think I've mentioned before how lucky I am to have such gorgeous nieces, they are just all so beautiful!  This is the youngest on my side of the family and it's so sad that they are all growing up so fast.  But at least not too many of them have gotten married yet so I get to shoot weddings and lots of fun family events for them for many years to come.

My brother and his family live in central Utah, so we had to fit in a shoot while they were in Cache Valley for their summer visit.  It was really hot that day! And, I didn't really do too great of a job at educating them on how long I usually shoot.  So, thanks to them for being great sports and letting me drive all over to get her senior portraits!

The G Family | Northern Utah Family Photographer

This family had gathered from all over the country at Bear Lake and asked me to take their family picture.  It always seems like so much pressure when you know it's so hard to have all of the family together at one time! That's why I was so glad that the very first shot I took seemed to be "the one".  They were such a sweet family and so much fun to work with.  There was no pressure at all, it turned out beautifully in the end!

Brianna | Logan Utah Senior Portrait Photographer

Brianna is another of my 2013-2014 Senior Models. I am loving getting to know each of these Seniors I am going to work with for the next year!  They are all so talented and have so much to look forward to in life.  This is one reason that I love doing Senior portraits, it's such a great age!

This girl has the most amazing blue eyes, wow!  We went out to do some shots before the end of the school year but it was a school night and I needed to get her home so we scheduled another night to do some more drama shots (plus, I was just really off my game that night, what was up with me???).  I'm so glad that we did end up rescheduling because a summer storm rolled in and we got some amazing cloud shots!

Munns | Northern Utah Family Portrait Photographer

I have known this cute family for, well, most of my life.  The dad (which seems so weird to me to say since I've known him since he was a toddler) is part of my second family as I was growing up.  It's so fun to see this family growing, I can't believe the youngest is already 12!  I remember waiting for him to arrive into this world.

The first part of this shoot was a bit rough.  The youngest had fallen asleep on the way there and REALLY didn't want his picture taken.  Luckily he snapped out of it pretty quickly and we had fun from there on out!

Dylan | Logan Utah Senior Portrait Photographer

Dylan is another one of my Senior Models for the 2013-2014 school year.  He is the first male I have used for my program.  I wasn't too sure about using a guy because I had heard that they weren't quite as willing to go and there and show the world their images.  I told Dylan this and he had the most persuasive argument for me I just couldn't say no!  Come to find out, he's in debate.

I am SO glad I chose Dylan to be a Senior Portrait representative!  We had so much fun out shooting, I got some of my favorite images of the entire year.  Not sure what it was, but there was definitely something in the air that night and I was back on my game haha!
